This policy explains the voluntary warranty coverage offered for eligible products.<\/p><p>Our product range includes ENGWE electric bikes, SEEKRUN dropper seatposts and accessories, and used electric bikes.<\/p><h2>1. ENGWE Electric Bikes<\/h2><p>The following voluntary warranty periods apply, subject to the final warranty conditions applicable to the product:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Battery, display, motor and electronic control system:<\/strong> 1 year<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Frame and other eligible non-wear components:<\/strong> 2 years<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Excluded from the voluntary warranty:<\/strong> Tyres, brakes, brake pads, brake discs and kickstands.<\/p><p>The exclusions above concern the voluntary warranty only.<\/p><h2>2. SEEKRUN Dropper Seatposts<\/h2><p>The following voluntary warranty periods apply:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Main product and eligible components:<\/strong> 2 years against damage not caused by the user, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Battery:<\/strong> 1 year.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Regular maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s instructions. Damage resulting from failure to perform required maintenance may be excluded from the voluntary warranty.<\/p><p>Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or other user-caused circumstances may also be excluded from the voluntary warranty, subject to applicable law.<\/p><h2>3. Used Electric Bikes<\/h2><p>No additional voluntary commercial warranty is provided for used electric bikes unless expressly stated in the individual product listing or a separate warranty statement.<\/p><h2>4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim<\/h2><p>If you believe your product is defective, please contact us before arranging a return or shipping an electric bike independently.<\/p><p>Please provide the following information:<\/p><ul><li><p>Your order number<\/p><\/li><li><p>Your full name and contact email address<\/p><\/li><li><p>The product name, model or SKU<\/p><\/li><li><p>The serial number, if available<\/p><\/li><li><p>A description of the issue and when it first occurred<\/p><\/li><li><p>Photographs or videos showing the issue, where available<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Contact details<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Optilogix<\/strong><br \/>Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@optilogix.de\">info@optilogix.de<\/a><br \/>Website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seekruncycling.com\/\">https:\/\/www.seekruncycling.com\/<\/a><\/p><p>We will review the information, verify the purchase where necessary and consult the manufacturer if appropriate.
