These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through https://www.seekruncycling.com/, operated by Optilogix UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Seller Information

The seller is:

Optilogix UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Email: info@optilogix.de
Website: https://www.seekruncycling.com/

Please refer to our Impressum for the complete registered address, registration details, authorised representative and other legally required company information.

2. Products

Our product range includes:

  • New ENGWE electric bikes.

  • Used electric bikes.

  • SEEKRUN dropper seatposts.

  • Cycling accessories and related products.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability and included accessories are displayed on the relevant product pages.

For used electric bikes, the individual listing should describe the product’s condition, known material defects and relevant included accessories.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

The applicable price, taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during the ordering process before you submit your binding order.

Any additional charges applicable to a particular delivery, including import duties or taxes for eligible international shipments, will be explained before the order is accepted where required by law.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

You may select products and add them to your shopping cart.

Before submitting your order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery information, payment method and total price.

By clicking the final order button, you submit a binding order.

The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Whether that email also constitutes acceptance of the contract depends on its wording and the actual ordering process.

The website will explain the applicable contract formation process and provide the required contractual information in a form that can be stored by the customer.

5. Payment

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by external payment service providers under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Orders are processed subject to the selected payment method, successful payment where required and confirmation of the applicable delivery conditions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Germany

We offer free shipping within our regular delivery area in Germany for eligible ENGWE electric bikes, used electric bikes, SEEKRUN products and accessories.

Eligible orders will display a shipping charge of €0.00 at checkout.

Any exclusions for islands, remote postcodes or special delivery areas must be clearly communicated before the order is placed.

6.2 Other Countries

For delivery outside Germany, please contact us before placing an order.

We will confirm delivery availability, shipping charges and estimated delivery times. An international order may be accepted only after the applicable delivery conditions have been confirmed.

6.3 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page or during checkout where available.

Electric bikes may require freight or specialist transport depending on the product and destination.

For consumer purchases, statutory rules governing delivery and transport risk remain applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Statutory 14-Day Period

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.

For a contract involving the sale of goods, the period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, receives the goods. Special rules apply to orders containing multiple goods or separate deliveries.

To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw through an unequivocal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to use that particular form.

7.2 How to Exercise Your Right

Please send your withdrawal declaration to:

Optilogix UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Email: info@optilogix.de
Website: https://www.seekruncycling.com/

Please include your order number and sufficient information to identify the purchase.

You may use email or another clear statement. A statement sent within the withdrawal period is sufficient to meet the deadline, subject to applicable law.

7.3 Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and within the statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, subject to applicable law.

Please contact us before arranging the return of an electric bike so that we can advise you on suitable transport arrangements.

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

If you withdraw because you have changed your mind, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that you were properly informed of this obligation before concluding the contract.

For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, including electric bikes, the applicable direct return costs or a reasonable estimate must be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

Important: The applicable electric-bike return shipping amount or reasonable estimate must be inserted into the relevant pre-contract information before the shop is opened for orders. This information must not be left blank or replaced solely by a general instruction to contact customer service.

7.5 Refunds

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, as required by law.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect the goods.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed and does not cause additional costs for you.

7.6 Diminished Value

You may be liable for a reduction in value of the goods if that reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, provided that the applicable statutory information requirements have been met.

Simply opening the packaging does not automatically eliminate your statutory withdrawal right.

7.7 Statutory Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation. Statutory exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the product or contract.

Any applicable exception will be assessed under the relevant law and cannot be created merely by a general statement in these Terms & Conditions.

8. Model Withdrawal Form

You may use the following form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Use of this form is optional.

9. Defective Goods and Statutory Rights

Consumers retain their statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.

For new goods, the statutory limitation period for defect claims is generally two years from delivery under German law, subject to applicable legal provisions.

Any legally permitted shortening of the limitation period for used goods must satisfy the applicable requirements, including separate information and express agreement where required.

Where applicable, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Where a statutory defect claim is justified, we bear the necessary costs of supplementary performance, including eligible transport, labour and material costs, in accordance with applicable law.

Please contact info@optilogix.de before arranging the return of a defective electric bike so that we can coordinate suitable transport.

A withdrawal because you have changed your mind is legally different from a claim relating to defective goods. The applicable rights and cost arrangements depend on the circumstances.

10. Voluntary Warranty

The voluntary warranty periods for ENGWE and SEEKRUN products are described in our Warranty & Legal Guarantee policy.

For ENGWE electric bikes, the voluntary warranty covers eligible components for the stated periods, while tyres, brakes, brake pads, brake discs and kickstands are excluded from that voluntary warranty.

For SEEKRUN dropper seatposts, the voluntary warranty is generally two years for eligible non-user-caused damage and one year for the battery, subject to the stated maintenance requirements and applicable warranty conditions.

These voluntary warranty conditions do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Used electric bikes do not include an additional voluntary commercial warranty unless expressly stated for the individual product.

11. Product Use and Safety

Please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and maintenance requirements before using an electric bike, dropper seatpost or related product.

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory remedies where a product is defective or fails to conform to the contract.

12. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, an expressly assumed guarantee or mandatory product liability.

Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally permitted.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about the processing of personal data in connection with orders, payments, deliveries, customer support and website operation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to the consumer where relevant.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory rights available to them under applicable law.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, products, ordering process or applicable law.

The version applicable to a purchase is determined in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Changes published after an order has been placed do not automatically alter an existing contract.
