This policy explains our delivery areas, shipping charges and delivery arrangements for ENGWE electric bikes, used electric bikes, SEEKRUN dropper seatposts and accessories.

1. Shipping Within Germany

We offer free shipping within our regular delivery area in Germany for eligible ENGWE electric bikes, used electric bikes, SEEKRUN products and accessories.

Eligible orders will display a shipping charge of €0.00 at checkout.

Any exclusions for islands, remote postcodes or special delivery areas must be clearly communicated before an order is placed.

The shipping charge and applicable delivery conditions will be shown before you submit your order.

2. Shipping to Other Countries

For deliveries outside Germany, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

We will check whether delivery is available to your destination and confirm the shipping cost, estimated delivery time and applicable delivery conditions.

International orders are subject to prior confirmation. Please do not assume that shipping outside Germany is free or that an unconfirmed destination can be selected for automatic checkout.

3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for each product will be displayed on the relevant product page or, where applicable, during checkout.

Delivery times may depend on product availability, the destination, the carrier and the transport method required.

Electric bikes may be delivered by freight carrier or another suitable specialist transport service. Smaller products and accessories may be shipped by parcel carrier.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

4. Product Availability and Dispatch

Product availability is indicated on the relevant product page where information is available.

Orders are processed subject to product availability, payment arrangements and confirmation of the applicable delivery conditions.

If an unexpected issue prevents us from fulfilling an order as agreed, we will contact you regarding the available options and applicable legal rights.

5. Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival where reasonably possible.

If you notice visible transport damage, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and the affected product and contacting us promptly at info@optilogix.de.

This helps us investigate the issue with the carrier. It is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory consumer rights.

6. Returns and Defective Products

For a return because you have changed your mind, please refer to the withdrawal instructions in our Terms & Conditions.

Where a statutory claim for defective goods is justified, we will bear the necessary transport costs as required by applicable law.

Please contact us before arranging the return of an electric bike so that we can coordinate suitable transport.
